BMW Motorrad Insurance policies incepted or renewed up to and including 31st December 2010 are underwritten by The National Insurance and Guarantee Corporation Limited (trading Name NIG), registered in England No. 42133. All policies with an inception or renewal date of 1st January 2011 or later will be underwritten by Allianz Insurance plc, registered in England No. 84638. BMW Motorrad Insurance is arranged by Devitt Insurance Services Limited, registered in England No. 2438974. NIG, Allianz Insurance plc and Devitt Insurance Services Limited are all authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

BMW Motorrad Shortfall and Tyre Insurance

BMW Motorrad Shortfall and Tyre Insurance is underwritten by AGA International SA and administered in the UK by Mondial Assistance (UK) Ltd. Mondial Assistance (UK) Ltd is registered in England, No 1710361, Registered Office 102 George Street, Croydon CR9 6HD and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority No 311909.

AGA International SA is authorised by Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel in France and authorised and subject to limited regulation by the Financial Services Authority. Details about the extent of our authorisation and regulation by the Financial Services Authority are available from us on request.

Mondial Assistance (UK) Limited acts as an agent for AGA International SA with respect to the receipt of customer money, for the purpose of settling claims and handling premium refunds.
